BC Vets Ban Tail Docking

The College of Veterinarians of British Columbia (CVBC) announced today that they have banned BC vets from performing cosmetic tail docking for dogs, horses and cattle. British Columbia now joins the four Atlantic provinces and Quebec in banning cosmetic docking.


The official notice has not yet appeared on the CVBC website as of this afternoon but the CVBC statement to the Canadian press can be viewed here:
